I can't understand how some people before me literally lift food to heaven. The food I ordered (egg rice with beef and fried noodles with chicken) had been so dry and I hardly found any vegetables in there. Even when opening the packaging, you could see the carelessly prepared food. The taste of the food has definitely changed for the worse. I could see that in the sushi well in advance. I threw almost all of my order in the trash. I was really disappointed. You are no longer the restaurant you used to be. A pity...

Good delivery service

One star is still too many for this juice shop. We ordered at 8:40 p.m. Called again at 10:00 p.m. and asked when the food was coming. The statement was: "The driver is on the way" It is now 10:22 p.m. Thanks for nothing !!

I am always enthusiastic about fresh and deliciously prepared food, great also the delicious mango ginger drink.

First of all: My attempt to clear up the bad experience with My Hanoi was unfortunately unsuccessful. (There was simply no reaction from My Hanoi.) Hence the evaluation. Ordered on September 13th, 2020 at 6:20 pm after we were asked twice to "call again in 2 minutes". After taking the order, it was said that the driver would be with us in 40 - 50 minutes with the order. After 80 minutes, at 7:40 p.m., called again - allegedly the driver was already on his way and would be there soon. Another 20 minutes later there was still no driver in sight. How could he have been on the road for over 20 minutes when the way to us is max. Takes 10 minutes? When the driver finally came, the order was complete, but the food was cold. And I mean really cold. If assurances are made regarding delivery times, these should also apply; at least roughly. Many families have school-age children who cannot wait almost 2 hours for delivery after they say it would take 40-50 minutes. The fact that the food was also cold after more than twice the waiting time doesn't make the whole thing any better. I'm sorry, but it wasn't worth a penny. Unfortunately, this was by no means the first time that the food and / or the delivery at My Hanoi was incomplete / defective / ... So this was our last order there. So, dear potential customers, if you are given a delivery time, count on at least double the time and expect the "warm dishes" not to be warmer than room temperature. Lotus at Kaufland does a much better job there, not only with order / payment / delivery, but also with the quality of the food.

Juice shop. Once again not getting what you ordered and paid more on top of that. Whatever I should with the 200ml bucket of peanut sauce. The older woman is always in a bad mood and unfriendly. Never gotten her to say goodbye to me. Definitely the last visit.

That was by far the worst sushi I have ever eaten. Sushi rice is hard and old, the content sparse and the taste subterranean. Sushi menu is a rip off, because it is sometimes cheaper to buy the individual sushis separately and there is not even a miso soup or drink for the menu. The waitress was constantly sneezing and on the phone. Never again!

Friendly and fast delivery. Price performance good! Food is an 8/10 for me. But there is yes everyone different!

Very tasty food. The fried noodles come highly recommended and the sushi is good too. The food always comes very quickly. Always worth a visit during the lunch break.

Pick up meal: My wife had crispy Chinese noodles with chicken (they didn't ask for sauce or anything, so the food was very dry). I had summer rolls were ok but really small. The main course was egg rice with beef, everything was very dry and little vegetables and meat. I know a lot of Asian dishes directly on site in Asia and I grew up in Berlin and I'm disappointed in culinary terms, sorry but you don't win regular customers that way.

The dishes were delicious when they opened a few years ago and have not lost quality since then. The renovation and the new name brought a breath of fresh air to the location. You can enjoy it in a Vietnamese atmosphere. The expansion of the Vietnamese menu brought a variety of delicious dishes.

There you feel like you are in the right family. Food tastes very good - only those who have already been to Vietnam notice that cooking is for the European palate, who is not used to spiciness like in Vietnam

Great caution !!!!!!! We ordered sushi here today for 45 euros because of the good recessions. It was the worst sushi we have eaten. What's more and you should know that the sushi bites are 50% smaller than you are used to. ADDITIONAL NEXT DAY: My sister broke all night!

Food is very good. Ambience works that way, is compensated by the price. People are friendly but don't understand German very well. You have to tell them the numbers on the card. Otherwise ok.

Although I rarely eat sushi and can not give a really well based review, in my opinion but very tasty, was also great prepared. Price performance is right. However, personally it did not stun me that I would have to come here every week, therefore 4/5 stars.

Super delicious food, did not expect it to be sooo delicious! No. 14, pork with noodles! Recommended!
